By using the Arakwal website (arakwal.com) and purchasing digital products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital products

All designs are sold as digital files (PNG/PDF) for personal use only. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Refund policy

• No refunds for change of mind – because files are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
• replacement if files are defective – if the download link doesn't work or the file is corrupted, email samahdali@gmail.com within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.

3. Intellectual property

All designs, Arabic calligraphy, and text on this site are owned by Arakwal. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the digital files (see Personal Use License).

4. Limitation of liability

Arakwal is not responsible for any printing errors, color discrepancies, or damages that occur after you download or print the files. We provide high-resolution files, but final print quality depends on your printer or print shop.

5. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
